M2 Internship : Automated bibliographic review using LLM-Agents
The goal of this project is to create a tool to perform bibliographic searches and review using automated agent powered by large langage models
L3 Internship : MitoSplitter, a pipeline to build phylogenetic trees
The goal of this internship is first to build a pipeline that can build a phylogenetic matrix from assembled reads obtains by shotgun sequencing. And then use this matrix to construct a phylogenic tree and perform bio-geographic analysis.
A chatty glass - Engineering week project
Build a speaking measuring glass for visually impaired people
Influence of biotic factors on the dissolved oxygen amount over time in lakes
How do biotic factors influence the amount of dissolved oxygen in water over time?
M2 internship : Large language models potential in name entity recognition : a benchmarking pipeline.
The goal of this project is to evaluate the potential of large langage model to perform name entity recognition.
L3 internship - Segmentation and morphological characterization of cytoplasmic connections between granule cells in a mouse cerebellar cortex using serial sectioning scanning electron microscopy images.

M1 internship : Development of bioinformatic pipelines for phylogeny and functional traits evolution of mesozooplankton.
develop a phylogenetic pipeline to build a robust tree of copepods, and a pipeline to demonstrate the evolution of certain genes associated with functional traits of interest
